01About these terms
These terms govern your use of worldwidestunts.com and the World Wide Stunts software ("the service"), operated by World Wide Stunts Ltd ("we", "us"). Customers on a paid plan also sign an order form or licence agreement, which takes priority where the two differ.
02The service
World Wide Stunts is software that stunt teams, agencies, production companies and studios ("customers") use to manage their own stunt performers: rosters, credentials, insurance, bookings and safety plans. We do not supply, employ or book performers, and we do not direct stunt work on set.
The site is currently a preview. The demo roster, sample profiles and Control Room use illustrative data, and only the demo request, plan and contact forms send anything.
03Accounts
You must be 18 or over and give accurate information. Keep your login details private: you are responsible for activity on your account, and customers are responsible for the users they add. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
04Customers
Your roster and everything in it belong to you. You decide who can see it and who can book. You are responsible for what your team records, for the safety decisions made on your sets, and for having the right to upload your performers’ data.
05Performers
Performers join at the invitation of a customer. You keep your profile accurate and current, including certifications and insurance, and you choose which customers can see your documents. You only accept work you are trained, certified and fit to perform.
06Safety comes first
Anyone involved in a stunt may stop it if they believe it is unsafe, without penalty. Nothing in these terms, in the software or in a schedule overrides a safety decision made on set. The software records safety steps; it does not replace the judgement of the people doing the work.
07Plans & payment
Plans are priced on request. Fees, billing periods, renewal and cancellation are set out in each customer’s order form or licence agreement. [Payment terms and currency to be confirmed.]
08Content & intellectual property
You keep ownership of what you upload: rosters, reels, photos and documents. You give us a licence to host and process it only to run the service for you. The software, site design, text and branding belong to us. Don’t copy, resell or scrape the service.
09Liability
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for the acts of customers or performers on set. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence. [Liability caps to be confirmed by counsel.]
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and disputes are handled by the courts of [jurisdiction].
