For stunt teams, agencies, production companies and studios. Run your roster, vetting, bookings and safety sign-off in one system, from one production to every territory you shoot in.

Why one system

Every show.
Same standard.

Stunt departments run on spreadsheets, inboxes and memory, so the vetting, paperwork and safety plan start from zero on every show. One system fixes that.

  • One roster

Every performer, credential and policy in one private system, instead of spreadsheets, inboxes and group chats.

  • One standard

The same vetting, rigging and rehearsal checklist on every production, with the record to prove it.

  • Nothing lapses

Certifications, insurance and work permits tracked, with an alert before anything expires.

  • Sign-off on record

Risk assessments, rehearsals and sign-off logged per gag, ready for the insurer and the studio.

How it starts

Pilot first.
Then the slate.

  1. Step 01

    Demo

30 minutes on video: your roster, your productions and how your team works today.

  2. Step 02

    Pilot production

One production on the platform with your coordinator and your performers, so the team sees it work on a real shoot.

  3. Step 03

    Plan and price

Users, territories and features agreed once and priced for your plan. Enterprise can take a licence or a private installation.

  4. Step 04

    Rollout

Your roster imported, your team trained, and every new production set up the same way.

Questions

For the
deal memo.

Rather talk it through?

action@worldwidestunts.com
Do you supply the stunt performers?

No. World Wide Stunts is software. You bring your own performers and keep them: your roster is private to your company, and nobody else can see or book them.

How is pricing set?

Each plan is priced on request, by users, productions and territories. Send your plan spec and we reply with a price.

Can we buy a licence or run it on our own servers?

Yes. The Enterprise plan can be a licence or a private installation, set up for your security and procurement rules.

Can you go through our procurement and vendor onboarding?

Yes. We provide the vendor pack (company documents, security answers, tax forms and signed NDAs) and work through your supplier portal.

We are an insurer, register or training provider. Is this for us?

Yes. Choose β€œIndustry partner” in the configurator. Integration partners connect their checks and certifications to the platform.
