01Who we are
World Wide Stunts ("we", "us") is operated by World Wide Stunts Ltd, a company registered in Bulgaria under company number [number], with its registered office at blvd Vitosha 13, Sofia 1000, Bulgaria.
We are the data controller for data collected through this website, such as demo requests and messages. For performer data that customers keep in the software, the customer is the controller and we process it on their instructions.
Questions about privacy go to action@worldwidestunts.com.
02What we collect
When you browse. Our servers keep standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request) to keep the site secure and working.
When you request a demo or write to us. The details you type into the form: name, work email, company, role and your message. These reach our inbox by email.
When a customer uses the software. Customers record their performers’ details: identity and contact details, disciplines, credits, certifications, insurance documents, ID, showreel and the physical measurements used for doubling.
In your browser. A small amount of data stored on your own device to remember preferences. See the Cookie policy.
During the current preview, only the demo request, plan and contact forms send data. Other forms on the site send nothing.
03How we use it
- To answer demo requests and messages, and to arrange demos.
- To run the software for customers: storing rosters, documents, bookings and safety records on their instructions.
- To provide support.
- To keep the site and the service secure and prevent abuse.
- To meet legal obligations, such as accounting and tax records.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
04Legal bases
Where UK or EU data-protection law applies, we rely on legitimate interests (answering demo requests, security and improving the service, balanced against your rights), contract (to provide the service to customers), legal obligation (records we must keep), and consent where we ask for it, which you can withdraw at any time.
For performer data in the software, the customer decides the legal basis, and we act as their processor under a data processing agreement. Physical measurements and ID documents are processed only for doubling and identity checks, and are protected accordingly.
06International transfers
Customers work worldwide, so data may be accessed from outside your country. Where data leaves the UK or EEA, we use recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
07How long we keep it
Demo requests and messages for [period]. Customer data for as long as the customer’s plan is active, then deleted or returned within [period]. Billing records for [period] to meet legal obligations. Server logs for [period].
08Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, to object to processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it. Write to action@worldwidestunts.com; we reply within one month. If your data is on a customer’s roster, you can also ask that customer directly.
You can also complain to your data-protection authority, for example the Commission for Personal Data Protection in Bulgaria, or the authority where you live.
09Children
The service is for professionals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of the page and, for significant changes, tell customers directly.
